Definition

  • Having attributes such as physical or mental power required for performance or accomplishment
  • The attitude and ability to complete difficult tasks
  • (M-W)

Vice:

Excess: Underworked, not challenging oneself to truly use their capabilities

Deficit: unfit, taking on tasks or roles that are beyond one’s ability to fulfill

Example:

Taking on tasks that challenge your skills and ability, and growing from it
